Exor, delisting from Piazza Affari on 27th September.

Borsa Italiana has ordered the delisting of the ordinary shares of Exor with effect from 27th September from Euronext Milano. It occurs following the announcement by the group that its ordinary shares have been admitted to Euronext Amsterdam. As already communicated, the Exor ordinary shares will continue to be listed on Euronext Milano until the delisting date, while they will also be listed on Euronext Amsterdam.

“Following the announcement by Exor today regarding the admission of its ordinary shares (ISIN NL0012059018) on Euronext Amsterdam, the Company informs that Borsa Italiana S.p.A., according to articles 2.5.5 and 2.5.6 of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana (Regulation of Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.), has ordered the delisting of Exor ordinary shares from Euronext Milano, with effect from 27th September 2022 “, reads a note from Exor.

“As already communicated, the Exor ordinary shares will continue to be listed on Euronext Milano until the Delisting Date and will also be listed on Euronext Amsterdam”.
