MATURITY

Each Certificate has a pre-established maturity during the issue phase:

• PLAYER: min 1 year up to a max of 5 years
• CLUB: min 1 year up to a max of 7 years

UNDERLYING

The financial indexes provided by Wallabies are necessary for the exact and reliable determination of the market value of Clubs and professional athletes: • ATHLETE: professional players, whether they are young promises or established champions • BASKET: group of professional athletes and/or Clubs • CLUB: main professional teams

SIZE

Nominal issue value of € 1000 per Certificate (minimum investment € 100,000)

COUPON

Zero coupons

REIMBURSEMENT

The reimbursement of the capital with the integration of the capital gain or reduction of the capital loss will occur at the certificate’s expiry. This burden lies with the issuing financial institution, as detailed in the applicable information prospectuses drawn up at the time of issue

LISTING

In the initial phase, CSA products are issued in private placement and traded on the OTC market (Over The Counter), looking forward to the listing on the regulated markets for 2023
